Your phone number is collected only if you choose to provide it and consent to SMS reminders. It is used exclusively to send a single appointment reminder the day before your scheduled service via Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Message frequency: One message per appointment.

Your phone number is not shared with any third parties except AWS for the sole purpose of delivering SMS messages. It is not used for marketing.

Appointment records are retained for business purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Data is transmitted securely and stored on protected systems.
To keep this site secure, and to help when something goes wrong with a booking or sign-in, our server keeps technical logs of visits. These record the time, the page or action, a partial IP address (the last part is removed), a general browser type (for example, “iPhone Safari”), and which of our locations you were viewing. They never record your name, email address, phone number, password, or the contents of forms.
Technical logs are deleted after 30 days. A record of sign-in attempts, and of changes our staff make to appointments, is kept for 90 days and then deleted. These records are used only for security and troubleshooting and are not shared.
